1. Private Status & Scope

This website and all connected brands, materials, and services operate under the Free Pirates Haven Ecclesiastical Government and Trust, a private, unincorporated, ecclesiastical body existing solely within the private domain.

By engaging with this site, making a purchase, or participating in any associated activity, you acknowledge that you are entering a private agreement with the Street Sharkz Professional Pirates PMA (hereafter “the Association”) and its affiliated crews and trusts.

All relationships, exchanges, and transactions conducted through this platform are considered private contractual engagements, protected under freedom of association and private trust law, and are not subject to foreign statutory or corporate jurisdiction.

2. Ownership of Intellectual Property & Branding

All logos, names, phrases, images, designs, symbols, and creative works displayed or distributed under the banners of:

• Free Pirates Haven,

• Street Sharkz Professional Pirates,

• Blaqk Party Nation,

• Crew Love Clothing,

• Sharkonomicz, and

• any related projects or affiliates

are the exclusive private property of the Free Pirates Haven Ecclesiastical Government & Trust, held in trust for its ecclesiastical beneficiaries — the registered crews, members, and officers of the Haven.

Such property is protected under private international ecclesiastical trust law and is not public domain. No rights, titles, or interests are granted or implied to any external entity, corporation, government, or person outside the Haven without written ecclesiastical authorization.

3. Financial Terms of Engagement

All donations, purchases, subscriptions, and contributions made through this site are recognized as private exchanges of energy, value, and support within the private domain of the Association.

These transactions:

• Are conducted in good faith and without adhesion to any public or corporate system.

• Are not taxable or reportable under foreign statutory frameworks.

• Do not constitute commercial activity in the public sense but are private ecclesiastical contributions to a trust-based community.

All funds received are used for the maintenance, development, and operation of the Free Pirates Haven and its crews in alignment with the purposes set forth by the Ecclesiastical Government and Trust.

4. No Waiver of Rights

Engagement with this site or its services does not waive any natural, divine, or ecclesiastical rights of the parties involved. The Association, its officers, and its beneficiaries retain full sovereignty and immunity within their private jurisdiction.

5. Jurisdiction & Venue

This Agreement exists wholly within the private, ecclesiastical jurisdiction of the Free Pirates Haven.

No foreign court, statutory body, or administrative agency — domestic or international — shall claim, imply, or enforce jurisdiction over the Haven, its trusts, or its beneficiaries.

By using this site, making a purchase, or engaging in any exchange, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms as a private member, guest, or participant operating within the Free Pirates Haven’s private ecclesiastical trust domain.

1. Private Domain of Engagement

All interactions, communications, collaborations, or exchanges conducted through this platform or any affiliated channels are considered private engagements between the parties involved. By proceeding, you acknowledge that all participation occurs within the private domain of trust and mutual respect governed by the principles and codes of the Free Pirates Haven.

2. Confidentiality Covenant

All information shared between Street Sharkz Professional and its customers, partners, or affiliates — including but not limited to strategies, creative concepts, philosophies, or proprietary material — shall be treated as mutually confidential.

Neither party shall disclose, reproduce, or distribute any shared material, conversation, or creative property to outside entities without prior written consent. This covenant stands as a mutual bond of discretion and honor protecting all contributors and their works from unauthorized exposure or misuse.

3. Protected Negotiations & Value Exchange

All negotiations, agreements, and collaborations of meaningful or material value shall remain subject to the private oversight and equitable principles of the Free Pirates Haven and its governing trusts.

Each party’s contributions and benefits are recognized and honored under mutual consent, with proceeds or advantages distributed in a manner fair to all beneficiaries involved.

4. Financial Integrity & Autonomy

All exchanges conducted through this network are handled privately and transparently, in good faith, and solely for the advancement of the missions, creations, and enterprises of the participants.

Each party maintains its own financial responsibility and autonomy while respecting the private nature of the engagement.

5. Limitation of Disclosure

No information, strategy, trade secret, or creative process originating from these private interactions shall be released, sold, or shared with any outside authority, corporation, or individual except by direct, voluntary agreement of the parties involved.

By initiating communication, negotiation, or collaboration with Street Sharkz Professional or its associates, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Private Terms of Engagement. You acknowledge that all participation occurs within a confidential, good-faith relationship among peers and that privacy, respect, and fair dealing are binding expectations throughout.
